Technical capability, community execution, and opportunity pathways.

C3 Initiative

C3 is a competitive programming and technical community initiative co-founded to help high-potential builders move from isolated talent to structured growth, real execution, and ecosystem opportunities.

My Role

I contribute as co-founder, organizer, and systems builder: helping define strategy, design operational workflows, coordinate contributors, and connect sponsors and partners around concrete outcomes.

Why It Matters

C3 matters because technical talent often exists before opportunity does. By combining competitions, training, systems, and partnerships, C3 creates pathways where growth, visibility, and execution can actually happen.

Initiative Highlights

  • Co-founded and scaled a competitive programming and builders community under limited-resource conditions.
  • Designed internal systems for registration, execution flow, and repeated event coordination.
  • Coordinated an 8-member executive board and 25 contributors to align delivery and timelines.
  • Built sponsor and partner relationships that led to 10+ industry sponsors and ICPC Central America collaboration.
