C3, Competitive Coding Club, connects programming competitions, hackathons, community, industry and real opportunities for young talent in El Salvador and the region.
The story
C3 started from a simple gap I noticed at the university: there was no clear space for competitive programming. I had experienced how much contests, training, and technical community had shaped the way I think and solve problems, and I wanted more students to have access to that same kind of environment.
Over time, I realized the problem was bigger than competitive programming itself. The real need was for spaces where young technical talent could grow, participate, build, compete, and connect with real opportunities. That is why C3 began expanding through initiatives like the Copa Salvadoreña de Programación, project-building spaces, events, and partnerships.
Today, C3 is the clearest expression of the way I like to build: with initiative, structured systems, and community. It connects competition, project creation, collaboration, and ecosystem relationships into something longer-term than a single event: a platform for turning talent into opportunity.
